Grandpa (Gary Baxter)

MY GRANDPA GARY BAXTER WAS A CHAPLAIN IN THE KOREAN AND VIETNAM WARS. He was a 2nd Lt. in the Korean War. In Vietnam, he was with the Big Red One as a Chaplain. LATER HE WAS A PREACHER AT LANCASTER'S 1ST CHRISTIAN CHURCH and the Carrollton Christian Church. Even though he died on December 11, 1988, he is still wtih me in dreams as an angel, WHO SAYS, "COREY DO NOT WORRY B/C THERE ARE LIVING ANGELS ON THIS EARTH WHO ARE HELPING YOU. "

Sounds like your grandfather was a true American Hero. Two wars in a lifetime can take its toll on a man. He saw things we probably couldn't imagine.

Each time I go into your site, I still enjoy seeing this picture, even though I have one hanging in the hallway. I do know that you loved your grandpa very much.
